How do I join an activity?

Choose an activity from this site and register. You will receive 2 e-mails. One is your receipt of purchase, the second contains your Zoom link.
**If you don’t see both emails in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder

What days and times are the activities?

Please see our activities website here for more details or click on the Activities tab in the menu above.

Do I have to pay for activities?

No, generally they are free. If a cost is involved, the Event Information will include that.

On the activity site I can see ILSC Canada and ILSC Australia are running activities. Can I join ILSC Canada AND ILSC Australia activities?

Absolutely! We encourage all our students and teachers, globally, to meet each other, and join as many activities as you want in as many cities! Check carefully to see if the activity is online and what time it is.

Can I access my online activity anywhere?

Yes, you can access from anywhere as long as you have access to a mobile/laptop, other, and internet.

How long are online activities going to be running?

Now that our schools are all open, most activities are on campus but others will continue to be online. Watch the calendar for them.

Can I interact with my teacher during an online activity?

Yes, speaking between students and with the teacher is very important for your learning. Please make sure your microphone works.

Are teachers taking attendance during activities?

No, but we check the number of participants to see how popular an activity is.

I am sick, can I skip the activity?

We care about your health. If you are very sick, please inform your Student Advisor. If you feel well enough to participate in an online activity, please do so.

The activity has been cancelled. Will there be a replacement activity?

If an activity is cancelled it could be because the teacher is sick. Unfortunately, we will not provide a replacement activity, but there are always lots more to choose from.

I cannot access the Teams link for an online. What should I do?

Check your email to make sure you are clicking the correct link
Download the Teams app on your device and sign in using your ilsceducation.com email address and password.
