Mariagrazzia is a distinguished graduate of the Faculty of Advertising Sciences at the Instituto Peruano de Publicidad. Her illustrious career in account management has spanned several of the most prestigious advertising agencies in Peru, including Why-Not?, McCann, Independencia, and Young & Rubicam.

From June 2019 to July 2022, Mariagrazzia served as the Accounts Director at Why-Not? in Lima, where she masterfully managed accounts for Cientifica del Sur University and twelve brands under San Miguel Industries. She led innovative communication strategies for campaigns and product launches, ensuring impactful experiences across printed, digital, and event channels. Her keen oversight extended to audiovisual production and comprehensive advertising strategies, maintaining rigorous project management and budget control.

Previously, Mariagrazzia excelled as a Senior Business Leader Executive at McCann Worldgroup (October 2017 – February 2020), where she managed high-profile clients such as Unilever (Dove, Dove Men, Rexona, Ponds) and Latam Peru. Her role was pivotal in steering social media projects, digital, and offline campaigns at a national level. Her strategic prowess was instrumental in negotiating contracts, overseeing budgets, and crafting PR and marketing strategies aligned with client goals.

Before McCann, she was an Account Executive at 121 Latam from January 2016 to September 2017, where she adeptly handled accounts for giants like McDonald’s, Movistar, and Scotiabank. Mariagrazzia’s comprehensive approach included developing loyalty programs, corporate events, and coordinating with media and digital agencies to ensure seamless communication across all platforms.
